Terms & Conditions of Use
At Bellamy we respect the privacy of all our visitors, and any information we collect will only be used to help us create a better website/newsletter to meet your needs. We welcome feedback on this policy statement, and would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Our web server automatically collects standard information: IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, and pages visited. It does not collect your email address. This information is then aggregated and used internally to help us better target our website and newsletter to meet your needs.
Personally identifying information that you provide to the Bellamy web site will not be made available to third parties without your explicit permission. Bellamy may make aggregate information about our visitors (e.g. overall statistics) available to third parties for advertising and other purposes. Information that personally identifies you will be kept strictly confidential.
WHAT IS “PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION?
Personally identifying information is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information like your real name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, etc. Information that, by itself, cannot be explicitly linked with your “real” identity is not considered personally identifying. Examples of this are favorite or bookmarked Web sites, or your preferences with respect to how you wish to see a given page or site set up according to the selections you choose.
Users should be aware that when you are on the Bellamy website, you may be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. Some links may take you away from our website. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that we may have. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information.
When you send us e-mail, we will use your name and e-mail address only to respond to the concerns you are writing about. Your e-mail may be shared with appropriate people within the Bellamy organization to aid in responding to your concerns.
